This kid wanted to be a professional ballplayer. But he couldn’t hit a breaking ball even if you told him it was coming, so he went on to make advertising instead. Some of that advertising has ballplayers in it.

I like to write stuff. I’ve been lucky enough to write for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. But I still write when no one is looking, reading, caring or paying.

I write stuff that makes people laugh (hopefully) or smile or think or react in the way I was intending. And I write stuff that’s… meh. Most of the time it’s meh. But that’s okay cuz all writing is rewriting, right?

When I’m not writing, I’m reading, running, hiking, gaming pathetically on the easy level, scouring eBay for vintage Nikes I never actually buy, or playing tennis. Most likely, playing tennis. Hopefully, one of these days we can write stuff together. Or play tennis. That would be just as fun.
